There are 4 elements that comprise the personal computer system: the user, the software, hardware and the electrical power that is working in harmony for the system as a whole. Each of these is crucial to the system itself.
The user is the person's who is responsible for the task by using computers. Its nature job depends on the application software or program required to accomplish the task. The application program employed requires certain hardware components to work properly.
The hardwares of the personal computer system are made up of components that are usually connected (the computer printer, monitor, and the list goes on). Hardware is defined because you can physically touch these parts. The software programs are referred to as softwares because their purpose is only available when the computer is turned ON. The software is the Antivirus set or coded instructions that computers use in order to carry out the task of the user.
The user is able to use the computer when it's activated. If there is no electrical power to run the personal computer system it will not operate. The capability of the personal computer system to manage its components is through an array of signals that turn off and on.
Here's how it works, when a user attempts to write a document or write a letter on his personal computer. The first thing a user needs to do is to turn ON the power for the computer. Choose the Word Processor software in order to type the document. The user uses the devices, like the keyboard to write the text of the document. the typed document is then projected onto the screen. After the user finished creating their document. The user uses this software program in order to direct the printer to print his/her document. The software works together along with hardware parts (the keyboard, monitor and printer) to complete what the user requested.
